If you haven't had a good experience with our products, you can request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date (365 days in the case of BAD Canvas), provided that the product is still in good condition and complete with all its parts.
To process the return, you will need to send us the purchase receipt that we sent to your email. You can send it to email@example.com, and we will guide you through the return process.
You will need to send us the product (or products), and once the correct conditions for the return are verified, we will issue a refund within 10 days.
The shipping cost for the return of the product will be your responsibility.
It is not possible to return a single item from a bundle, and in the case of digital products, you will lose access to them.
You can request the replacement of one or more products in case they arrive damaged during shipping.
